What will I experience at YTH-XP?
YTH-XP is a weekend experience for students. Each session will have a time for worship, an inspiring and challenging message, and an overall enjoyable and interactive experience. There will also be a relational and community time built in throughout the weekend to grow students closer together and to empower them to reach their generation.

Will there be childcare available?
No. We ask that leaders find options for childcare that weekend if that is something that they need.
What is the age range for YTH-XP?
Students 6th-12th grade and their leaders.
Can my youth group stay for sunday service? If so what are the service times?
We would love for you to attend service at Relevant the following Sunday! Our service times are 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30.

What is the cost of YTH-XP?
Pricing for YTH-XP starts at $45 for each participant. We do have discounts for group rates if your church or group would like to attend together. For more information on group rates, email us at info@gorelevant.com. There are price breaks leading up to the conference, so the sooner you register, the more you save! What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers your admission to all 2 days of the conference and the materials needed for the event. It will also include lunch on Saturday afternoon. It does not include other meals, transportation, or lodging.
Will there be any extra fees?
Your registration fee covers your admission to the conference and everything needed for the experience. You may want to bring additional money to purchase YTH-XP merchandise, resources at the Resource Center, snacks at the Cafe, and we ask that you pray about contributing an amount towards this year’s YTH-XP Cause.
How do I pay with a check if I register online?
While our preference is that you pay through our online ticket services, if you can only pay by check email our team at info@relevantchurch.cc to receive instructions on paying through a check.
Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
Thank you for understanding that registrations for YTH-XP 2020 are both non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Can I register at the door?
You can register at the door, however, first priority will be given to those who have previously purchased a ticket online for the event.
Are there special rates available for large groups?
Yes. Please visit our registration page for more on group pricing.
Can I request group seating?
If you are attending YTH-XP with a group you can request group seating. Just send us a message at info@gorelevant.com and we will reserve your seats.
TICKETS/REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN
What do I do with my ticket?
After registration, make sure to hold on to your ticket, this will be your access into the conference at the start of the event. You can use a mobile or physical ticket for check-in. After you check-in at conference you will receive a wristband that will give you access to the event for the rest of the weekend.
FOOD
How do I eat during conference?
I have a student with a food allergy what should I do
Because of the wide range of food allergies and dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch or dinner at this time. You can pack a lunch for your student. Individuals will be able to bring a packed meal into the Church that is in a clear bag. Only refillable water bottles will be accepted. No coolers will be allowed.
