Attending a church for the first time can be intimidating for anyone. The snapshots and links below will help you know more about what to expect when attending Relevant for the first time. We hope to see you soon!

What to Expect

Relevant Church is a place where you are accepted as you are and where positive life-change happens all the time. Everything about Relevant is focused on helping people “reach their full potential in Jesus Christ.” When you arrive, you will find friendly volunteers to help direct you and answer your questions. You’re invited to show up a few minutes early for free coffee or to grab a specialty beverage or snack from Relevant’s café. If you have kids ages six weeks through fifth grade, plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to check them in securely to one of Relevant’s amazing kids environments (you can pre-register below). Worship

At Relevant you’ll experience passionate worship of the God who created us all. Every facet of Relevant’s worship environment is designed to help you connect with God. Our live band plays music that is upbeat and energetic, with a modern vibe. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. But it’s far more than entertainment—music is a part of how we prepare to hear the message of the Bible and respond to what God is saying. We dare you to come in with an open heart and mind…and expect God to do something great in your life!

Teaching

It is vital that every person, no matter their spiritual background, clearly understand the Word of God as it is presented in the Bible. The teaching at Relevant is creative and not boring; applicable and not confusing; challenging and not condemning. So prepare to hear the Scripture taught in ways you may have never heard it before…you might not ever be the same!

Kids

Relevant Kids is our exciting collection of Sunday morning environments for children ages six weeks through fifth grade. Every age-appropriate environment is designed to help kids experience God firsthand and learn to trust him. Energetic and caring adult volunteers, who have been screened and background checked, strive to make Relevant Kids the best hour of your kid’s week!

Youth

Relevant Youth is for middle and high school students. Students gather on Sundays at 5pm for a monthly Youth Worship Experience (YTHxp), and for weekly Group Nights and Next Step opportunities on the other weeks. Relevant Youth is designed to help students grow their faith, their character, and their relationships by creating a safe space for students to experience Jesus and take next steps.
