Dating
“Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” —2 Timothy 2:22
It’s possible to get it right.
Dating is difficult. You want to be real, but you also want to make a good impression. What if this person is crazy? Or even more intimidating, what if he or she is amazing?
Sometimes, dating ends in heartbreak. But other times, dating ends in marriage.
The only way to ensure the risk will be worthwhile is to enter into dating with pure motives—out of obedience to Jesus, a desire to meet your spouse, and a willingness to respect and serve others.
Dating doesn’t have to leave you stressed out and insecure.
