Anxiety

“Be anxious for nothing!” —Philippians 4:6-7

Anxiety turns rational fears into a runaway train of emotions.  Soon “What happens if something happens” becomes, “When something happens…”  Anxiety causes us to hyper-focus on what could be, leading to an overwhelming sense of worry, nervousness, and unease.  It cripples us socially and costs us relationally; but life doesn’t have to be this way.  God gives us spiritual tools for circumstantial anxiety, as well as counselors who can guide you through the process of releasing your anxiety.
