Different seasons in life sometimes call for different wisdom or experiences. Perhaps you need to connect with other men or other women on similar journeys, or maybe you want to explore and build your faith through a targeted topical study or group experience. The Electives Pathway offers some of these types of opportunities.

Wounded Children;
Healing Homes

This is a pathway for anyone interested in foster care and/or adoption. We welcome active families as well as ones who just want to learn. This will also be helpful for anyone working with these children. Our hope is that this will give a better understanding of what they are walking through and how to help. This book walks through how traumatized children impact adoptive and foster families. You will learn about unmet expectations and be given solutions for the challenges that arise.

If Money Talked

In this four-session study, you will hear about an approach to money management that will make your life better and make you better at life. Whether you have a lot or a little, are a spender or a saver, you’ll find the content challenging, refreshing, and extraordinarily practical.

Helping Without Hurting

Interested in joining one of our missions trips to Honduras?

This Pathway is designed to equip potential volunteers with the mindset, tools, and heart posture necessary for meaningful and respectful service. Using Helping Without Hurting by Steve Corbett as our guide, we will examine how to serve in ways that honor the dignity of those we seek to help, build lasting relationships, and align our mission efforts with biblical principles of justice, humility, and love. Whether you’re a first-time traveler or a returning volunteer, this class will challenge and prepare you to serve wisely and effectively.
