Divorce

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” —Ephesians 4:32

You are not alone.

God doesn’t hate divorced people; he hates the act of divorce because it hurts the people He loves (Malachi 2:15-16).

God always intended for marriage to be a lifelong commitment. If you’re considering divorce, God wants you to fight for your marriage. Adultery, betrayal, distance, and discord do not have to end your marriage. God has healed marriages before, and he can do it again.

If you’ve been divorced, God is not finished with you! You matter to him and you matter to the church. Nothing we’ve done in the past is too great or too hard for God to forgive.
